Introduction

The Windows Mbil Device Center is used by the custo kybe to connect the kybe to a computerwho is running custo diagnostic.

Problem

After the Windows 10 creator update Creators Update (Version 1703) the mobile device center Windows Mobile Device Center is no longer working properly.
Make sure that the installed version of windows mobile device center Windows Mobile Device Center is at least version 6.1.6965
. If it is not please down load download the latest version of the Windows mobile center Mobile Device Center from one of the following links . (for using on a 32-bit OS or a 64-bit OS)
. After that you have to make a change into the services applet . (see below the two download links)

Now go to the Services applet, and look

Installation

Pleae install the Windows Mobil Device Center on your Computer as an Administrator.

Settings

After installation you to done a few settings. Please open the Services Console.
Look for the "Windows Mobile 2003-based device connectivity" service.

Double-click it to view it's properties, choose the "Log On" tab and select "Local System account" as the log on mode.

Running Windows Mobile Device Center

Now the Windows mobile center Mobile Device Center should start again when the kybe is connected,
. If for some reason auto start have been changed into your system you have to start Windows Mobile center Device Center manually
