If you have installed custo diagnostic version Version 5 there are two way to register your license.:

1. online registrationOnline Registration
2. Offline registration Registration ( in with File Exchange in case the computer Computer on which custo diagnostic is installed has no internet accessInternet Access)

Online registration

Open the custo service center and login as the Supervisor (default Password is "custo") and go to license.click on license and after that choose License (1) Menu. Click on "Install new license online" (2).

In the next Dialogue enter the license holder name the License Holder Name (Normally the Customer who is using custo diagnostic) and the License UID and press OK (the License UID can be copy from the PDF license fileSoftware Confirmation Document - if you get it as an PDF File)

Offline registration

In case a computer on which the license has to be installed has no internet access you have to prepare the license on a computer that has internet access.
Attention: The Activation of the License on the Internet Page a custo med Sales Partner can do only.

For this registration you need to have the following information:

1. Software license number (

   License Number (6 Digit long, can be found on the

   software

   Software Confirmation

   form

   Form)

2. License ID (can also be found on the

   software

   Software Confirmation

   form

   Form and has

Go to the service part Service Provider Access of our website Website and login Login with your partner Partner ID and Password.
Select "License diag 5 and enter the required fields.

On the next Page you have to Enter the:

• License Holder (Licensee)
• License ID and
• System UID

Than Click on "Activate License".

After the Activation Procedure you can download the License File ("software.lic").

Copy this File to the Computer who is used for custo diagnostic License Activation.

Open custo Service Center, go to "License" and click on "Install new license from file".
