The trigger cable has a DB-9 connector on one end and a 2,5 mm2

mm2 on the other end. The cable must be connected to the PC  using an RS-232 port. A serial to USB converter might cause a delay in the trigger pulse which will affect correct blood pressure measurements, We strongly recommend NOT to use USB to serial converters because of that.
