Introduction

: The article describes, how you can i recover of restore a deleted patient via the servicecenterservice center.

                      This function is available since In custo diagnostic version 5.3.xx when a patient is deleted this patient is marked as "is deleted" only. After 30 days (latest) or the next database purging the patient will be deleted really.

open the servicecenter

(1) open the branche "Administration (2) click "Patient view" (3) avialable filter for patient search (here Patient with evaluation) (4) set  Patient filter (here first name) (5) view the property "deleted" in table or via details (6) Click "Restore entries"

Patient is restored and visible again in custo diagnostic

  1. Open the service center and logon as an User with Supervisor Role.

  2. Navigate to "Administration" (1) and "View Patient" (2)
  3. Choose some filters to shorten the result list. You can also select the name, firstname of the patient in the filters (3 and filters below).
  4. Check "Deleted" (4) and check the check button behind to set the condition to true.
  5. Search the corresponding patient(s) in the list and select them (5).
  6. Click on "Undelete Entries" (6)
