After the Windows 10 creator update ( Version 1703) the mobile device center is no longer working properly.
Make sure that the installed version of windows mobile device center is at least version 6.1.6965
If it is not please down load the latest version of the Windows mobile center from one of the following links. ( for using on a 32-bit OS or a 64-bit OS)
After that you have to make a change into the services applet. ( see below the two download links)
32-bit
64-bit
Now go to the Services applet, and look for the "Windows Mobile 2003-based device connectivity" service. Double-click it to view it's properties, choose the "Log On" tab and select "Local System account" as the log on mode.
Now the Windows mobile center should start again when the kybe is connected,
If for some reason auto start have been changed into your system you have to start Windows Mobile center manually
