Parameter

Program parameters can be specified using '/' or '-'. Arguments of program parameters are given directly without additional characters. The parameters and arguments can be lowercase or uppercase (case insensitive). Variable values for parameters and arguments must be introduced with a '=' character.

Here you can specify an action to be executed. Possible values are:

After this input, the ECG is saved to the dummy patient and at the same time a PDF export is performed. The ECG may later be assigned to a patient via the Resting ECG assignment function. The entered patient number is in the note.
ecgstream ecgstreaming	Start the online ecg streaming.
spot spotBP spotBD	Start a spot measurement with custo screen 3xx recorder. Can be used together with "/PraxPat=".	5.2.0

/date=

Hier kann ein Datum spezifiziert werden. Das Format des Datums ist entweder TTMMJJJ oder tag.Monat.Jahr, wobei immer nur numerische Werte unterstützt werden. A date can be specified here. The format of the date is either DDMMYY or day.month.year, whereby only numeric values are supported. This date is used if the /job=show parameter is set to specify the date of the evaluation to be displayed. If this parameter is not specified, then the evaluation list of the selected patient is displayed.

/PraxPat=

Hier kann die Praxis-EDV-Nummer des zu wählenden Patienten angegeben werden. Wird ein Patient mit dieser Praxis-EDV-Nummer in der eigenen Datenbank gefunden, so wird dieser automatisch als aktueller Patient des Systems ausgewählt.

/multiple

Lässt eine weitere Instanz des Programmes custo manager.exe zu. Wird zum Startzeitpunkt bereits ein laufendes Programm gefunden, so wechselt normalerweise die Ausführung zu der gefundenen Instanz und die soeben gestartete Instanz hört automatisch auf zu laufen. Dieser Aufrufparameter deaktiviert diese Automatik.
ACHTUNG! Diese Option darf nicht im produktiven Bereich eingesetzt werden, da sonst konkurrierende Datenbankenzugriffe die Datenbank negativ beeinflussen können

/PraxPat=	The practice EDP number of the patient to be selected can be entered here. If a patient with this practice EDP number is found in the user's own database, this patient is automatically selected as the system's current patient. See possible combinations with /job and /Project
/multiple	Allows another instance of the custo manager.exe program. If a running program is already found at the start time, execution normally switches to the instance found and the instance just started automatically stops running. This call parameter deactivates this automatic. ATTENTION! This option must not be used in the productive area, because otherwise competing database accesses can negatively influence the database.
/hwnd=	Window Handle

Vollständiger Pfad und Name der CSC-Einstellungsdatei. Die Einstellungen in dieser Datei werden eingelesen und in der ConfigDB gespeichert. Dabei werden der in der Datei enthaltene Benutzer und/oder Arbeitsstation neu angelegt, sofern noch nicht vorhanden. Die Einstellungen werden zu diesem Benutzer auf dieser Arbeitsstation eingelesen und gespeichert. Wenn diese Angaben weggelassen werden, dann wird für die aktuelle Arbeitsstation und den zuletzt angemeldeten Benutzer importiert. Nach dem Einlesen der Einstellungen wird custo manager.exe wieder beendet, egal, ob ein Problem entstanden ist, oder nicht. Nähere Angaben stehen dann in der Error.log.

Der Import kann scheitern, wenn die Einstellungen von einander abhängig sind. In diesem Fall kann als Abhilfe der Import mehrmals nacheinander aufgerufen werden.

Der Anwender muss überprüfen, ob der Import mit der erstellten CSC-Datei richtig funktioniert und das gewünschte Ergebnis erzeugt. Unter Umständen muss der Anwender die CSC-Datei entsprechend ändern oder auf mehrere CSC-Dateien aufteilen.

Full path and name of the CSC settings file. The settings in this file are read in and saved in ConfigDB. In the process, the user and/or workstation contained in the file are newly created, if they do not already exist. The settings are read in and saved for this user on this workstation. If this information is omitted, then the import is done for the current workstation and the last logged in user. Dieser Parameter bewirkt, dass beim Start des custo manager der normalerweise erscheinende Dialog "Dies ist eine unbekannte Workstation, soll diese neue Workstation in die KonfigDB eingetragen werden?" unterdrückt wird.
Argumente für diesen Parameter:

/openeval=Ruft die Auswertung anhand ihrer Datenbank-ID auf. Vor allem nützlich da der diag server beim Einlagern immer nur die Datenbank-ID zurückliefert./ShutDownBeendet die noch ervtl. laufenden Instanz.
Dabei wird das Programm gestartet, diese sucht einen och evtl. laufenden zweite Instanz. Fall diese gefunden wird, wird es zum Beenden (ohne jeglichen Benutzeraktion!) aufgefordert. Die gestartet Instanz mit dem Aufrufparameter wird ebenfalls beendet. Als Ergebnis läuft danach keine Instanz mehr von custo manager./Monitor=Legt fest auf welchem logischen Bildschirm custo diagnostic starten soll.
Dieser Parameter "übertrumpft" die aktuelle Einstellung aus dem ServiceCenter, verstellt diese aber nicht. Egal was für die aktuelle Auflösung und Startbildschirm für den custo manager im ServiceCenter eingestellt ist, bewirkt dieser Parameter das Starten auf dem angegebenen logischen Bildschirm. Entfällt der Parameter, gelten wieder die Einstellungen aus

This parameter causes the normally appearing dialog "This is an unknown workstation, should this new workstation be entered into ConfigDB?" to be suppressed when custo manager is started.
Arguments for this parameter:

5.5.x

/openeval=

Calls the evaluation based on its database ID. Especially useful since the diag server always returns only the database ID when storing.

/ShutDown

Terminates the possibly still running instance.
The program is started, this searches for a possibly running second instance. If this is found, it is requested to terminate (without any user action!). The started instance with the call parameter is also terminated. As a result, no instance of custo manager is running anymore.
The call parameter is implemented from version 4.6, 4.4.8 or 5.0 onwards.

/Monitor=

Defines on which logical screen custo diagnostic should start.
This parameter "trumps" the current setting from the ServiceCenter, but does not change it. Regardless of the current resolution and start screen for custo manager set in the ServiceCenter, this parameter causes it to start on the specified logical screen. If the parameter is omitted, the settings from the ServiceCenter apply again

This parameter can be used to run custo diagnostic client with different custo diagnostic servers.

The value of this parameter contans the name of an section in the CustoCfg.ini. In this section you have to state the (different) custo diagnostic server url.

Example - Default Configuration - custo diagnostic client uses the url from the section "DiagServer":
