If you have installed custo diagnostic Version 5 there are two way to register your license:

Open the custo service center and login as the Supervisor (default Password is "custo") and go to License (1) Menu. Click on "Install new license online" (2).
In the next Dialogue you have to enter the License Holder Name (Normally the Customer who is using custo diagnostic) and the License UID and press OK
(the License UID can be copy copied from the Software Confirmation Document Form - if when you get received it as an PDF File) an example of the Software Confirmation Form is shown below.

In case a computer on which the license has to be installed has no internet access you have to prepare the license on a computer that has internet access.
Attention: The Activation of the License on the Internet Page a custo med Sales Partner can do only.

License Number (6 Digit long, can be found on the Software Confirmation Form)
License ID (can also be found on the Software Confirmation Form and has 36 digits)
System UID (can be found in the custo service center of the PC on which you have installed custo diagnostic client)
Go to the Service Provider Access of our Website and Login with your Partner ID and Password.
Select "License diag 5.x" and enter the License Number.
On the next Page you have to Enter the:

Than Click on "Activate License".
After the Activation Procedure you can download the License File ("software.lic").

Open custo Service Center, go to "License" and click on "Install new license from file".
Select the "software.lic" file.
