The Setup Program supports some Command Line Parameters to change Settings in the Setup, to do some Actions (e.g. write a CustoCfg.ini or Import Settings into the ConfigDB) or enable or disable some 'Sections' (Options) in the Setup. In addition the Setup Program supports a Silent Mode to supress all the Dialog Boxes and to install the Software and/or Drivers and/or additional Options silently without user intervention.
