Different view and options in custo diagnostic to check the ST-trends. You can view the ST-trends in the following situation:
At the end of this article you'll find how to setup custo diagnosic.
a) Click on Trend
b) Click on ST
The ST-values of the current stage with changes compared to resting stage with changes.
ST-segment can be calculated HR-dependent with a fix value (e.g. j + 60ms, this value can be changed)
c) 2nd click on ST, the ST-changes are shown graphically
d) 3nd click on ST: ST-changes compared to resting stage are shown numerically
e) Click on QRS: ST-changes compared to resting stage are shown as ECG
- click on „Resting“ : à Resting ECG is shown
- click on „Zero“ : à baseline (iso-electrical line) is shown
- second click on QRS“ : à second ECG channel can be use for ST-change Monitoring
a) Click on ST: will show the ST-changes graphically in mV. Each lead can easily chosen or deselected.
b) 2nd click on ST: ST-Trend will be shown channel-wise and 3rd click switches from chest leads to limb-leads.
c) Click on ECG: Sum complexes with info's on ST-segment changes.
d) ST-segment: Table for each Stage.
e) Stage-wise comparison of ST-changes.
f) ST-Measurement overview (all channels all stages)
- right click – opens context menu
- Here you could select if you want to see a fixed channel for ST or that channel with the highest deviation.
- Do you want to have the ST-values shown in the ECG? If yes check “ST-values” and decide, if you want to have the ST-values only, or with J-point or with ST slope.
