1) How to change the to be used Interface (BT/WiFi or USB)?

If you connect an USB cable to the custo cardio 300 and to your PC the custo cardio 300 changes the interface automatically to the USB port.

If you unplug the USB cable from the custo cardio 300 (or from your computer) the custo cardio 300 will change the interface automatically to BT/WiFi.

While ECG recording in BT/WiFi mode the interface will not be changed until the recording is finished.


2) USB drivers necessary for custo cardio 300?

custo cardio 300 is using the Windows integrated "Mass Storage Device" driver. There is no need to install a special driver.

After you has plug in the USB cable to custo cardio 300 and your PC a drive letter is created and visible in Windows Explorer.

ATTENTION:
Its highly recommend to change the drive letter to an drive letter in the upper area of the alphabet. The helps to prevent drive letter changes through other devices, network drives or removable mass storage.


3) how can you update the firmware from the custo cardio 300?

in case there would be a firmware update available for the custo cardio 300 you need to download the firmware update tool from the custo med website. This download is only available behind the custo (service) partner login.


Start the custo med Firmware Update Tool. Start with pressing the "Get new updates"button. The software will download the latest available firmware.



After the latest firmware have been downloaded, connect the custo cardio 300 with the USB cable to the computer and press "Update custo cardio 300".


When the software has made a connection with the custo cardio 300 the serial number and the actual firmware in the device will be displayed


If the highest firmware in the option menu Choose update version is higher than the actual version on the custo cardio 300 you can select the firmware and press "update"



The update will approximately take one minute. When the program has been finished the following message will pop-up


To check if the firmware update have been successful you could reconnect the custo cardio 300 to the computer and the custo med Firmware update tool should show the new firmware.
