In some cases it was not possible for newly created senders to communicate with the evaluation center.
The reason was in those cases that the private key of the evaluation center got lost. To fix this (without having to reset the system doctor of the evaluation center and having to recreate all sending setups again) there is the function to backup and restore the private key of an evaluation center.
To do so you will need a version 5.3.4 or higher 5.3x version or 5.4.1 or higher version of the custo diagnostic server + the related client and then to go to the Service Center:
To back up the private key of the evaluation center use the "Backup Private Key" button and save the file to a secure location which in case of problems can be identified again.
To restore the private key please use the "private key wiederherstellen" button.
