If you didn't follow the correct installation instructions the following error message might appear after you would like to start the custo diagnostic client.
CustoCfg.ini not found or damaged. Please call you distributor or system administrator to fix the problem.
Check if the CustoCfg.ini is missing on the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\custo diagnostic client\
If the file is missing you can check the following location for the CustoCfg.ini and copy the CustoCfg.ini file from there in to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\custo diagnostic client\
