Introduction

This article describes the screen structure of the training overview page and gives hints on how to set the screen page for your own needs.

General

On the training overview page (also called "stripe display") all training places are always displayed simultaneously. If more than 8 training places are configured, the 2 screen is used for the display. The following information can be displayed simultaneously for all training patients:

  • Number of exercise station
  • Patient name
  • online ECG
  • two freely configurable information blocks
  • Training profile with HR curve

Structure of a patient "strip"

Each patient is displayed with a "strip" on the overview page, this contains all relevant information about his training.

User Actions on the Overview Page

The user actions on the overview page are divided and required according to their importance. With decreasing importance and frequency of user actions, they require more and more mouse clicks.

  • The most frequent and important user actions can be performed directly via one of the buttons on the overview page. These can therefore be called up with just one mouse click.
  • Further general functions are all summarized under the options menu, so you need two mouse clicks. Some of these can also be called directly using a function key
  • Important functions, the use of which is not always necessary, but must nevertheless be accessible in a fast way, can be found in the respective context menus, so this requires two mouse clicks.
  • To make it even easier for users to work on the overview page, a specific function can be selected for each of the context menus (ECG area and training area), which can be performed directly with just one mouse click. This is the fastest way to trigger a certain function/action, but there is no button on the overview page, so it must be noted/learned. Here it is advisable to select only function whose inadvertent triggering with a mouse click has no too big negative effect on the running training. For example, a freely defined mouse click should not start or stop the training, but rather call up a certain enlarged display page.

Function keys on overview page

Each of the function keys is executed immediately when pressed, i.e. it does not necessarily have to be called via the options menu.

Function keyDescription
F5

This key toggles between the classic content of the training area, i.e. the training- and HR-curve and the display of patient information. The display of the patient information is always displayed in the reddish background, so that the two display variants can easily be kept apart.

F8

This key activates or deactivates the display of the F8 table. This table allows you to display additional numerical information about each of the exercising patients. The columns in the table can be individually configured, even during a training session, if necessary. In this table you can configure numerical displays that are of interest, but are not required immediately and always at first look on the overview page in the information blocks.
The table can also be used for quick entry of various numerical values of the patients.
