If the custo diagnostic server (Tomcat) issues an OutOfMemory Exception due to the server running out of memory, you have to increase the used maximum memory of the Server. This can be changed very easily in the TomCat Properties Editor.

How to find the TomCat Properties Editor?

The Shortcut to the 'TomCat Properties Editor' is called 'Configure custo diagnostic server' in custo diagnostic.

Variant 1

Enter the Name "custo diagnostic server" in the search  the Start menu of Windows

Variant 2

Search in the Programm Directory of Windows in the Folder "custo diagnostic server"

How to change the used Memory

• Open the TomCat Properties Editor
• Stop the custo diagnostic server
  
  
  

• Change the 'Maximum memory pool'
  
  Its not necessary to change the 'Initial memory pool'.

• Start the custo diagnostic server
