guard 1:


 Belt connect to guard


- Both electrodes are connected to each other, if necessary moisten contact surfaces with saline solution

- Short circuit occurs

- Zero line in custo diagnostic is visible after 2 seconds at the latest

- Movement of the guards and the belt result in no change of the zero line, this runs rigidly


Error:


Changes the zero line and disturbances occur:


- Belt swap and create short circuit, fault is gone, cause is due to the Belt

- Reverse guard swap, cause may be due to guard


=> To be sure: if the belt / guard is broken, use a new one and test it.


guard 3:


- Belt is connected to guard

- Both electrodes are connected to each other, if necessary moisten contact surfaces with saline solution

- Short circuit occurs

- Zero line in custo diagnostic is visible after 2 seconds at the latest

- Movement of the guards and the belt result in no change of the zero line, this runs rigidly

- 3rd electrode is additionally connected

- Zero line in custo diagnostic is visible on all 3 channels

- Movement of the guards and the belt result in no change of the zero line, this runs rigidly
