| DNS works incorrectly | Use IP address instead DNS name of the custo diagnostic server in the CustoCfg.ini on the client computer |
| TCP port isnt correct | In the most cases the firewall on the computer (server and client) blocks the TCP port. Open the port incoming on the server, outgoing on the client. |
