Make sure that the first time you start the recorder the recorder is started with custo diagnostic. If you start the recorder for the first time without connection to custo diagnostic the license on the recorder is overwritten. You can make a copy of the license file on the SD card before starting the recorder. In case you have overwritten the license you can contact service@customed.de with the serial number of the EDAN SE-2012 they can create a new license for you.
In the service center can be checked if the EDAN Recorder license is activated.
