Device license
Besides the license, in custo diagnostic, to activate the 12 lead holter ECG, you also need to have a EDAN SE-2012 with a device license. The device license is a license that custo med GmbH adds on the SD card of the device to prevent that only by custo med GmbH tested devices can be used to run in combination with the custo diagnostic software. This license must be on the SD card at the first time the custo diagnostic software will be started. As soon as the device will be started with a patient or the recorder will be started without a patient, the file will be overwritten.
In case you do a Demo for a customer and you need to combine the EDAN SE-2012 holter recorder with another PC you have to export the license using the custo service center. ( A manual copy of the file will do as well. Copy the file from the SD card before the recorder starts and copy it back on the card as soon as you want to use it with a new custo diagnostic software) make sure you have at least custo diagnostic version 4.6.3.1. with the license for EDAN SE-2012 holter recorders activated ( License #50245)
IMPORTANT
Make sure that the first time you start the recorder the recorder is started with custo diagnostic. If you start the recorder for the first time without connection to custo diagnostic the license on the recorder is overwritten.
In the service center can be checked if the EDAN Recorder license is activated.
