Introduction
The devices implemented in custo diagnostics are set on the System / Device Settings Page for all components of the software. The settings include setting the appropriate interface for each device (SIO or IP Port) and possibly baud rate. The settings are stored in the Confguration Database as workstation-specific settings under "CSC->Geräte/Devices/Devices". Here, a separate entry is made for each device whose name is determined by the program's internal identifier. This somewhat cryptic identifier can be taken from the tooltip, which appears when the mouse remains above the words Device next to the selection box on the left upper side on the settings page. This tooltip also displays special settings for the respective device.
The following values are stored for each device:
