If you want to connect an custo er2100 treadmill to custo diagnostic you need to install a virtual COM port into your PC.
The chipset used in the er2100 is from FTDI During the installation of custo diagnostic the drivers will be automatically installed. In case you installing an older version of custo diagnostic on a newer Windows OS it might sometimes be necessary to download the latest FTDI drivers
If the drivers are properly installed you will see that there is a virtual COM port created in the device manager of your software

With an improper installed driver the treadmill will not run, using the FTDI chipset drivers the custo er2100 will be shown as a virtual COM port in our case COM64
