Preparations
To use custo cardio 100 BT, custo cardio 110 BT or custo cardio 200 BT with Bluetooth Connection you must have:
- a Computer with integrated Bluetooth or the delivered Bluetooth Stick LM506
Procedure
To connect a custo cardio 100 BT, custo cardio 110 BT or custo cardio 200 BT to your computer to use it with custo diagnostic you can follow the procedure as test shown in the instruction video.
Trouble shooting
If there is no Bluetooth connection possible with the custo cardio 100 BT / 110 BT or 200 BT custo med strongly recommends to use the USB stick LM506 that is supplied by custo med. This device is a Bluetooth Dongel with medical or industrial grade. If you use a Notebook or Tables PC, make sure that you switch off the internal Bluetooth radio. Most of the times this should be done over the BIOS settings of the PC. See for instruction of the manufacturer of the PC for more information.
If you have already performed the steps in the instruction video2 how to make a connection with the Bluetooth ECG device you can try the following.
Remove the Bluetooth radio using the service center and have it installed again as show in this Video
Make sure in case a custo cardio 200 is used that you remove the head of the custo cardio 200 out of the bracket at the end of the telescopic boom, see picture:
If this did not lead to a solution you can try the following to reinstall all Bluetooth connections to the custo cardio 100 BT / 110 BT or 200 BT make sure you follow the procedure step by step and switch off the cardio 100/110/200 when asked for in the Instruction video
Sometimes it is helpful to remove the Bluetooth Radio from out of the hardware profile in the Device manager of your PC.
